Vertical continuous bag sealer for various sized preformed bags.

Previously used for sealoing preformed bags of whole bean coffee in 250gm, 500gm and 1Kg bags.

It has an adjustable height conveyor to accommodate many bag sizes.

Fittedwith adjustable guide rals to support the bags as they travel through the conveyor.

The bags should be fed into the sealer jaws that pulls the bags through creating an even seal as it travels through the heat sealing head.

Suitable for sealing bags with the following film types:

polyethene, polypropylene, and more complex plastic and foil laminates.(vac bags, coated barrier foils etc).

This has been running successfully for the last 40plus years with the current owner.

It has stopped production 12 months ago due to Covid.

It is a classic G- Series model with double walled drum and a nice lever to open and close the front discharge door.

It is set-up to run on LPG Propane gas and requires 3-Phase electrical connection.

We are advsied it does require some attention to the wiring and the gas pressure may need resetting.

It could be easily upgraded with temperature probes and USB Bridge to connect to either Cropster or Artisan roast profiling software through an iPad/ iPhone/Tablet/PC/Laptop, if required.

Overall this is a good quality classic G-series vintage model Probat roaster, available immediately for sale in the UK.
