Lilla OPUS-10 - CG-10S Smokeless Automatic Coffee roasting line for sale

Built new in 1998.

It has been very successfully roasting in the UK for the last 25 Years, but is now being upgraded with a new larger roaster.

The Lilla OPUS is designed with a built-in afterburner using a single burner which recirculates the hot air through the drum with no need for an additional afterburner system, making this a very efficient roaster to run.

It is an automatic convection roaster.

Capacity from 45 - 120Kg of green bean per batch

Output of up to 600Kg per hour

Set-up to run on Natural Gas

Complete with Green bean loading system, Cyclone for chaff collection and Destoner.

Cooling tray with pneumatic discharge system

Excellent value roasting line, available immediately.

The line is currently in situ but is being dismantled to make room for the new roaster later this month - October 2023.

It is running daily in production and is in great working condition.

Owners are upgrading to a New Grinder, so has now come available.

This classic Gump Grinder was built to last to a very high standard in the 1970's and can grind from Espresso to Coarse. It has been running on a Filter Grind for many years with an output of approx 800-900Kg's /Hour.

Probat G120

Probat G120 Coffee Roaster for sale

Originally built in the 1970's

Location: UK

Completely Refurbished within the last 10 years.

The line is in good working condition and is available immediately.

It comes complete Cyclone and Afterburner positioned above.

Also includes a Destoner supplied by Giesen which has been extended in height to accommodate a long outfeed conveyor that conveys the beans across the factory to a handling area for storing and packing.

It is fitted with a Maxon Gas train and has been upgraded with a reduction motor on the drum drive shaft at the back of the roaster which has replaced the original gearbox.

It is set-up to run on Natural Gas and requires 3 Phase electrical supply.

The cooling tray has been removed ( as per photos) as a new drive motor was being fitted at the time of the inspection.

It has had very little use since it was refurbished, as it was used as back-up roaster to another Probat 120 on site, at times when this was offline due to maintenance and servicing.

The roaster and ancillary equipment is all in very good condition.
