It has been very successfully roasting in the UK for the last 25 Years, but is now being upgraded with a new larger roaster.

The Lilla OPUS is designed with a built-in afterburner using a single burner which recirculates the hot air through the drum with no need for an additional afterburner system, making this a very efficient roaster to run.

It is an automatic convection roaster.

The line is currently in situ but is being dismantled to make room for the new roaster later this month - October 2023.

This is located in the UK at a Speciality Roastery and has been running very succesfully for the owners.

It is still currently in production until the end of October 2024 and will be available for collection by early November 2024, so it is advisable to arrange any inspections before this time.

After this date it will be dismantled and moved into storage, so it will not be possible to see it running after this date.

It comes complete with a one year old Jenco Green bean vacuum lift and includes an External Cyclone for chaff collection.

It is set-up to run on Cropster Roast Profiling Software, but it can be converted back to run on Probat's Pilot software if preferred.

The gas burners are set to run on Natural Gas and it requires 3Phase electrical connection.
