This Automatic Sachet Machine is set-up to produce String & Tag tea bags with Heat Seal Envelope.

This is a classic vintage Probat roaster which is still currently in operation for around 2 months. It will be disconnected mid-January 2024 and available for collection end of January 2024, after their new larger capacity roaster arrives.

Located in Europe.

It comes complete with Cyclone and Destoner and afterburner.

It is fitted with Temperature Probes connected to Cropster for roast profiling.

The gas train has been upgraded to Krom Schroeder and meets all current gas safety regulations with fully automatic ignition.

The water quenching pipe has been disconnected, but it would be posisble to reconnect this if required to reduce the loss of weight in the coffee once roasted.

The afterburner needs some attention. The burner stopped working in August 2023, so this may need to be replaced.

It has the original burners and gearbox to the rear of the roaster.

This is a great example of a vintage Probat G45 Roaster with original set-up.

It was in production up until 2022 in the UK packing preformed bags of whole bean coffee of various sizes.

The machine appears to be in good condition for its age. 

It will need a clean and service before going back into production.

This machine can be used for a variety of different preformed bag styles including Doy Packs, Block bottom, Quadseal, to enable manual or automated Filling and Sealing of granulated products, powder and dry foods.

It has been packing whole bean roasted coffee since it was purchased new.

The Doybagger system is controlled by PLC and operated via HMI screen.

System approved with CE certification. Electrical component parts supplied by well known european brands and meet EU standards.

It has the option for MAP: Both Vacuum packing or Nitrogen gas flush.

This is a low cost system for small business looking to improve automation and outputs.

Output speeds from 6-15 bags/min depending on how they are filled and whether MAP is required.
