Petroncini 30Kg Coffee Roaster for sale

Circa Late 1980's

This is a Hot Air roaster with atmospheric burner rail in the fire box underneath the roasting drum, set-up to run on Natural gas.

It comes complete with Green bean loader.

It has been in storage for approx 3-4 years, but it came out of production in running condition.

We would recommend this being completely refurbished or overhauled before going back into production.

This is an excellent value 30Kg coffee roaster stored in the UK.

Probat GP12 - 12Kg Coffee Roaster for sale

Year 1982

This has been succesfully roasting with the current owners since 2008.

In the last year it has had the front face plate repainted with 450 degree heat resistant paint and a new motor and two new sealed bearings to the front and back of the drum.

It is fitted with a double walled drum with cast iron front and rear face plates.

Electrical Requirements: 3Phase 400v - 50Hz

Burner: 28kW - 24080 KCAL

It has been regualrly cleaned and serviced weekly, monthly and every 6 months as required since the current owner purchased this roaster in 2008.

This a good all round robust roaster with good solid construction and is a real workhorse coffee roaster.

It is in running condition and still in production for a few more weeks as at 30th October 2023.

Exhaust Flues in the photos are included if required.

It would benefit from being refurbished with some upgrades i.e: new temperature probes for connecting either Artisan or Cropster roast profiling software via Laptop/iPad or PC.

Purchased new in late 2012 and installed into production in 2014.

These machines ran very successfully until September 2018 when they were moved into storage.

Photos show the machines when originally installed and as they are now in storage.

Machine Specifications:

Lima C 320 continuous motion machine with upgraded jaw movement mechanism (thicker shafts etc).

Hermann Ultra Sonic system fully integrated

Laser cut Stainless steel doors

They are based on a 320mm jaw width but the US sonitrode limits the max bag width to 310mm.

They were running at 180mm, 220mm and 300mm bags.

These are very high spec. machines for the food industry and include:
