Electrical Requirements: Single Phase 230v - 50/60Hz
It is fitted with a single burner manufactured by Baltur in Italy with an output of 16.6 kW Min to 42.7kW Max.
Current owners have purchased a larger roaster so this is now surplus to requirements.
It is in good working order and available immediately.
