It has been running an average of 2 days per week since being installed in 2000
This machine is set-up to produce a 1Kg brick style vacuumpack bags with one-way valve.
VACUUMPACK is a reel-fed modular line for packing a wide range of products under Vacuum or Modified Atmosphere with gas flushing.
A truly multi-size machine suitable for making hard or soft packet shaped bags, with or without the valve system.
Its unique bag forming section (FB67) guarantees perfect tightness without any leaks, which makes this an ideal solution for packing products that require a high level of protection, like Coffee.
It comprises:
FB67 - Horizontal Bag Forming unit
RS20 - Rotary Filling System
AV57 - Aroma System - One-way CO2 valve application
GV36 - Single Chamber Vacuum System
3 PV2 - 3 Lane Linear weigher for dosing 1Kg with output approx. 20-24Bags per min.
Bag checking and closing
Reel Holder - Dia 900mm
On smaller bag sizes of 250gm, this could pack up to 45 bags/min, (subject to retooling).

The line has now been dismantled but has been checked over by the manufacturer and is in good working order.
