Coffee-Tech - Ghibli 15 - 15Kg Coffee Roaster

It comes complete with Cyclone and Afterburner (No ducting).
It has been upgraded with a new modular burner by Coffee-tech in September 2018.
It is set-up for Natural gas, but could be converted to LPG Propane.
Features:
Roasts and cools simultaneously
Drum Speed control
Airflow control
Ideal for espresso coffee, but can roast filter.
Fitted with Thermocouples and linked to Artisan Roast profiling software (Artisan bridge included)
Roast times currently approx. 9-11 mins based on a 10Kilo batch.
Depending on the beans and roasting styles this could roast up to 60Kilos per hour, but it has been roasting closer to 40Kgs per hour on 4 x 10Kilo batches per hour.
Requires 3 Phase electrical connection - 50Hz
Roaster is in excellent condition and available immediately for sale.
