Probat GN12 Coffee Roaster
SOLD July 2022 to a UK Coffee Roaster in Yorkshire.
Year of manufacture: 1986
This was last in production 5 years ago.
It is set-up to run on LPG Propane Gas and requires only single phase 240v - 13Amp plug for electrical connection.
The G-Series are real workhorses and ideal for back of house roasting.
They have two fully adjustable gas controls for input to two burner rails for low and high heat, providing very good control over the roast.
They can easily be upgraded with new temperature probes to run roast profiling software and new gas gauges to increase the visual control over the gas input to each burner rail if required.
It is fitted with Probat's alloy/iron double walled drum with the chaff collection in the foot of the roaster underneath the cooling tray with good access for cleaning.
It is a standalone roasting unit that can function well without the need for an external cyclone. It just requires gas and electrical connections and exhaust ducting.
It will require a clean and service before going back into production.
