STA 7Kg Coffee Roaster - SOLD
Year - Circa 2005
This is a compact, well built entry level roaster, fitted with two C-Gas burners that heat the air on one side of the roaster which is then passed into the roasting drum.
Usual roasts times are approx 11-13 mins, so sufficient power in the burners to create good development in the roast.
This model is fitted with 4 x motors for cooling, exhaust, drum and cooling tray mechanism with two exhausts for connecting to a cyclone and roast exhaust.
It could be retro fitted with temperature probes for running roast profiling software.
