Vintage Probat UG15 Coffee Roaster - recently refurbished
SOLD
Year of manufacture: 1956
This was completely stripped down, shot-blasted, repainted and refurbished with all new wiring, electrics, heat resistant bearings, heat resistant black paint, new motors ( with original included). Burners were restored not replaced and it has its original fan. The control panel is a simple wall mounted box with new electrics.
The chromework was not touched, just cleaned to maintain its orignal patina.
It comes complete with Cyclone and connecting pipework.

This is quite a rare find pre 1958 roaster, where its widely accepted and understood that these roasters were at their best with a more stable temperature environment for roasting.
Excellent value roaster for this vintage and quality of roaster.
