This is a single-lane Nespresso Compatible coffee capsule machine, set-up to produce Alusense Aluminium Capsules with aluminium foil, which are 100% recyclable.

Machine Speed: 1800-3000cph or 30-50capsules per min
Voltage: 230V - 50/60Hz - Single Phase
All Schneider brand electrical component parts.
The machine chasis is Iron alloy with anti-rust material.
It has a Nitrogen gas flush in each capsule for longer shelf-life.
Features:
1) Vertical aluminium capsule drop system
2) Nespresso pick and place to the mould
3) No capsule - No Filling sensor
4) Filling (5-20gm adjustable) with vacuum coffee feeder
5) Tamping and edge of capsule cleaning ready for sealing
6) Cut & seal the foil film on capsules
7) Output to the conveyor
8) 7-10 Nitrogen flushing stations
