This was purchased and installed this year and has only done three roasts since it was installed, so it is in 'Like New' condition.
It is a Shop Coffee Roaster that can roast from 7.2Kg up to 24Kg of green beans per batch.
It has the connection to run on either Artisan or Cropster Roast Profling software and fitted with Siemens PLC.
Kuban Roasting software installed to run the complete roasting process.
The LCD Controls allow for either fully manual or automated roast profiles
Fitted with 4 x Motors to allow roasting and cooling at the same time, thereby increasing throughput.
Fitted with a premix burner set-up that can run on either LPG Propane or Natural gas. Currently set-up to run on Natural gas, but can easily be adjusted to run on LPG Propane.
Adjustable flame control.
Adjustable drum speed RPM
Volumetric Airflow control
Front Plate in cast
Increased Drum Insulation
Comes complete with:
Green bean loader,
Cyclone
Afterburner
Connecting pipework
Control panel
The roaster has just been diconnected this week 11th December 2022 and moved into storage.
