Location: Monmouthshire
The machine is in good working order. It was purchased by the current owners along with various other machines in October 2022.
It has had very little use since it was purchased.
It was previously used for packing cakes of various sizes from 2004 - 2022.

Stainless Steel finish to infeed conveyor and machine frame.
All stainless steel contact parts.
Includes Print Registration for runing on preprinted film
Adjustable Folding Box - Max Product Width 220mm
PLC Control via User Friendly Touchscreen display
With up to 30 programmable products - Including:
Bag Length and Print Registration settings
Digital Machine Speed readout
Heater Temperature settings
Machine Diagnostics; indicating Guards open, Clutched trip, Tenmperature faults etc
1 H.P AC Main drive motor, soft start with inverter speed control, variable from zero to maximum - Digital readout of machine speed
Independant axis motor controlling bag length and print registration
2.0 Metre Infeed conveyor with interchangeable product pushers and adjustable side guides. Hinged underguard for easy access and maintenance.
3 x Pairs of modular longitudinal sealing/propelling/folding rollers, seperately adjustable and inclinable.
Crimp jaw dwell adjustment controlled by hand dial.
Single 20mm wide reel mounting with automatic break and self-centering reel cones.
