This is a Brand New tray sealer that was bought new in 2020 and never used in production.
It comes complete with three Die Sets as follows:
Pot 90mm Dia x 65mm High
Tray Sizes:
174mm L x 124mm W x 60mm H
110mm L x 80mm W x 35mm H
New bespoke tooling could be manufactured as required by the manufacturer to suit your product requirements.
Description:
The MPE i-0 is an inline twin lane all electric indexing push bar sealing system. Single point tray guide adjustment for both lanes. Recipe driven machine set up. Singulating powered outfeed to assist packs into one lane. Once the tooling is installed, recipe selected and the machine started all the operator has to do is load the machine.
