This is a 'State of the Art' capsule carton packing line with Robotic pick and place.
Currently packing Nespreso Compatible Capsules into packs of 10 per carton, both Aluminium original line and plastic capsules.
The line was installed new in 2018 and has been running very successfully with the current owners.
The line works by way of infeed conveyor from Capsule filling & packing line (not included), conveyoring the capsules and orientating them to be correctly positioned for loading into cartons. A Robotic arm taking two flat blank cartons from a double magazine stack of blank cartons and forming the cartons, then with the use of robotics the Nespresso compatible capsules are picked and placed in groups of 10 per carton. The carton is then sealed and conveyed out of the machine, ready for onward end of line packing.
Max. Output of 24 Cartons per minute - 240 Capsules/Min or 14,400 Capsules per Hour.
Electrical Requirements: 400V - 50Hz - 3Phase+PE - 37Amps
Breaking Capacity: 25kA
The line will remain in production until the first week in June 2024.
Location: UK
