It is set-up to run on natural gas.
It requires 3Phase electrical connection - 50Hz
This is a very clean and tidy model whcih has been very well maintained.
Roast-times - Approx 13-16 mins.
It has a small footprint as the cyclone and afterburner are built-in to the enclosure, which is made of an Iron alloy. The roaster is painted in a high quality silicon high temperature resistant paint.
