GREEN COFFEE
Pneumatic green coffee loader to SILO with n.10 compartments, each containing 3.000 kgs of green coffee.
Command board for electro-pneumatic valves system conveying green coffee into the selected silo.
Silo-Downloading command board with scales measuring weight of green coffee downloaded from each silo; selection made by dedicated ,10 positions switch.
Pneumatic transport system from scales to roaster with possibility to switch the flow back to silo or to an external, alternative destination.

Complete with afterburner, cyclone, air cooling system , VACUUM destoner.
Burners: n.2 diesel (or other vegetable oils) burners .
POST-ROASTING WEIGHER
Measures post-roasting batch weight and brings the beans to roasted beans silos via a bucket- elevator and a transport belt.
On the same command board it is possible to select the silo ( 1 to 22 / 400kgs + 2 /1.000kgs ) in which the coffee will be conveyed .
DOWNLOADING SYSTEM
Silos 1 to 22 are downloadable via electro-pneumatic valves commanded from a central unit, with a transport belt placed beneath the 22 silos stack; 2 extra silos, each containing abt. 1.000 kgs of roasted beans can be downloaded with the use of cochlea elevators (not supplied) .
