Prewa VFF&S bagging line packing whole bean Coffee
Year 2002 - Completely Refurbished in 2012-2013.
All stainless steel frame and contact parts.
Includes 3 Lane Easiweigh Linear weigher for dosing product and Jenco vacuum for lifting beans from ground hopper to weigher.
Has an automatic hole punch device fitted to allow coffee to degas once packed.
It has been running very successfully at a coffee roastery in the UK packing 1Kg bags of whole bean coffee into Gusset style pillow pack paper bags.
It should be able to achieve speeds of approx. 18 x 1Kg bags per min, but has been running at 14 bags per min.
Current bag size is 380mm.
The ICE Zodiac printer in the photos is not included.
The line is in good working condition and will be available in September 2024 for collection.
